Movie-inspired sketch where I did not try to capture the actor, but the character. Can you guess the title?

Looks British. Perhaps Downton Abbey or Sherlock Holmes, Little Women, Pride and Prejudice. I am really guessing.

Julie…you are too talented! I think it is one of my all-time favorites…The Ghost and Mrs. Muir…made into a TV series at one point in time…but nothing can beat the original movie with Gene Tierney. I’ve seen it a dozen times and could watch it a dozen more. Here’s an article on the actual Gull Cottage: http://hookedonhouses.net/2011/09/12/gull-cottage-in-the-movie-the-ghost-and-mrs-muir/

Clearly my knowledge of non-animated movies is lacking. Your recommendation of the otter movie was spot-on, so I guess I know what to rent this weekend JRZ!

Netflix has it too, but I watched the dvd from the library. The dialogue is great!

It’s a kid-friendly, black and white film, from the late 1940’s, and worth watching!
