  1. Looks like a dozen eggs we purchased recently. I love the natural colors. Of course, our dozen did not have the little guy in it.


  2. Lucky you! We would, but we don’t have fencing all the way round, plus they would not be able to roam as much as I’d like because they eat EVERYTHING, and I could not allow that! So I get them from a friend who has tons of space, or from neighbors who keep them. We just recently passed a law that lets you keep up to six within city limits. No home butchering though. My neighbor takes hers to the raptor center when it’s their ‘time’, where they are humanely killed, then given to injured raptors. Sorry if that was too much, but it’s all part of the cycle.
